My Journey…
The photo on the left is a constant reminder of how far I've come. 2011 I was diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis and almost lost my life. Over 30 pounds under weight and almost convinced by conventional doctors that this would be a permanent condition along with permanent detrimental and toxic medication. It wasn't long until I realized this was not the way.
Fast forward, I found my way through holistic practices and learned that food is indeed our medicine and we should keep things as simple as nature intended with nourishing our bodies.
Today I am completely healed and reversed ulcerative colitis. Yes, it is possible. Our bodies CAN heal from anything.
I am grateful for this experience in which has molded me to who I am today; a passionate and driven fitness, health and wellness enthusiast, sharing my passion with others and helping them achieve their best.
